Ask to delete your account

You can do this in the app (You › Settings › Delete account). If you can't open the app, ask here and we'll confirm by email first.

  • Your critter, messages, photos and stickers are deleted
  • Your cottages turn back into sketches on every farm
  • You have 30 days to change your mind
  • Purchases stay with your Apple or Google account

Required by the App Store and Google Play. We answer within 2 working days and finish within 30.
